Art in the Park — An annual 3 day arts and craft show held in the Downtown Park, in July. This year’s show: July, 2016.
Bala Cranberry Festival — An exciting fall event in nearby Bala, about 1/2 hour drive from town. Fantastic fun for the family. Visit the Muskoka Winery, too. October 2016
Bands on the Bay — Relax and enjoy free outdoor evening concerts on the licensed patio at the Charles W. Stockey Center, by the Bay. Summer Tuesdays @ 7pm, until the end of August.
Canada Day — A fun celebration held at the Town Dock, including a boat parade, ‘Christmas in July’, fireworks and live entertainment.
Dragon Boat Festival — Awesome fun on the waterfront: June 2017 is the next race.
Festival of the Sound — One of the top music festivals in Canada, has it’s roots and home, in Parry Sound, at the entertainment cultural hub, the Stockey Center. Held July – August, 2016.
Killbear Park Maple Syrup Festival — An Ontario maple syrup festival, held at nearby Killbear Provincial Park. Pancake breakfast, wagon rides and sugar bush tours. Next festival: March 2017.
Parry Sound Cruzers Car Club Nights — Held Tuesday nights, May – Labour Day, at the Town Dock area, vintage and muscle cars.
Parry Sound Farmer’s Market — Held on summer Tuesdays in Market Square.
Rosseau Farmer’s Market — Held on Fridays, starting end of June to Labour Day Weekend in Rosseau. (25 minute drive from town). First market for 2016, July 1 and running until September.
