Camping — Besides Killbear and other provincial parks, there’s numerous spots and hideaways for awesome camping opportunities. Perfect family activity.
Fishing — Whether a seasoned pro or a first time fisherman, cast a line or take a charter…..there’s bound to be something biting year round. Ice fishing is a popular winter time sport in the Sound.
Golf Courses — Three 18 hole area golf courses to choose from for the golfing fanatics. Parry Sound Golf & Country Club, Deer Run, Sequin Valley Club.
Hiking — Hit the Fitness Trail(6.5km) along the Georgian Bay shoreline for a top-notch hiking, biking and walking trail. There’s also the Seguin Trail (200+km) and the Rose Point Trail.(6 km)
Kayaking and Canoeing — The ultimate setting for taking in a little paddling in the Georgian Bay or any of the inland lakes.
